FAQs

Our candles are hand-poured in small batches using a natural wax blend, typically made from soy and other plant-based waxes. Each candle is paired with a cotton or wood wick and formulated with phthalate-free fragrance oils for a clean, even burn.

We focus on simple, high-quality ingredients and a balanced scent throw, with each candle poured and finished by hand to ensure consistency from start to finish.

The right size depends on your space and how you plan to use the candle. Each size offers a different burn time and scent throw, depending on the room.

Our container candles come in three sizes:

  • Votives (3 oz / 85 g) are best for smaller areas or trying a new scent, with a burn time of around 15–20 hours.
  • Medium jars (8 oz / 225 g) are a versatile option for everyday use in bedrooms or living spaces, with a burn time of about 40–50 hours.
  • Large (3-wick) candles (14 oz / 400 g) are designed to fill larger rooms with a stronger fragrance, offering a burn time of around 50–60 hours.

Pillar candles are available in 6-inch and 9-inch sizes and are best suited for ambient lighting or longer, steady burns. Burn times may vary depending on conditions and use.

We offer both cotton and wood wick options, each providing a slightly different experience. Cotton wicks produce a steady, even flame for a clean and consistent burn, while wood wicks create a softer flame with a subtle crackling sound. Both are designed to perform well, so the choice comes down to personal preference.

Our full collection is available online, and you can also visit our brick-and-mortar store in Apple Valley, Minnesota. All of our products are developed, poured, and fulfilled in-house at our shop, where we take a hands-on approach to every step of the process.

We ship anywhere in the Continental United States for a flat rate of $5.00 Orders over $50.00 automatically qualify for free shipping.

We offer a 60-day return policy. If 60 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Gift cards, either physical or digital, are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Candle Care Guide

Caring for your candle helps ensure a cleaner, longer-lasting burn and a better overall experience. With a few simple steps, you can enjoy your candle safely and consistently from first light to last.

During the first burn, allow the wax to melt fully to the edges of the container. This helps to prevent tunneling and promote an even burn over time. Limit burn sessions to 3–4 hours at a time to preserve quality and extend the longevity of the fragrance.

The wick should be trimmed to ¼ inch before each use to maintain a clean flame and reduce smoke. Keep the wax surface free from debris and wick trimmings. When finished burning, use a snuffer or gently blow out the flame to extinguish.

Always place your candle on a level, heat-safe surface, away from drafts, vents, and direct sunlight. Keep candles away from flammable materials, loose hair or clothing, and out of reach of children and pets. Never leave a burning candle unattended.

Discontinue use when approximately ½ inch of wax remains at the bottom of the container. Any remaining wax can be removed by adding hot water to the container, allowing it to release and float to the top. Do not burn in damaged vessels.
